Spring 2010 U13, U15, U19 registration form and waiver form are now available.

Click on the Forms and downloads link at the left .

The click on Registration forms.

Find the " 2010 spring registration" file, click the box next it, and then click "continue".

Then click the download button.

A window should open asking if you want to open the file in Word.

Click OK.

The file will open and you can then use Word to fill n the form.

When you are done, save the file with a new filename like "Johnnys Rugby Form"

You should be able to print out the form also.

Repeat the above for the appropriate waiver form
