You can now download the Spring 2010 Registration form.
Click on "Forms & Downloads" at the left
Select "Registration " from the category tab
Tick the box next to the SPRING 2010 Registration form and then click "continue"
Next click the big "DOWNLOAD" button
Open the document in Microsoft Word
You can then save the file so you can fill it out or print it out so you can fill it out.
Also, please download a copy of the Minor Wavier if the player is under 18.
Or Adult Waiver if he player is 18.
