Mission Statement
Advancing the growth and development of Rugby through education and participating in recognized national and international traditions of Rugby Football, adult and youth amateur athletics and sportsmanship.

Statement of Intent
In order to achieve these goals, Mudturtle Rugby Corp. (Union County RFC) will serve as a governing and guiding body for co-ed youth rugby, boys and girls high school rugby, a men's club and a future women's team. We will promote sportsmanship, fair play and fitness at all levels of play. Finally we will seek out appropriate community service to promote positive recognition of our organization and all it's members.
